The Kenwood Mills building in Arnprior, Ontario, where Sullivan did more than 30 renovation and expansion projects beginning in the 1920s. On hearing that the building faced demolition in the 1990s, Sullivan bought and renovated much of the structure before selling it to a developer who is committed to protecting this landmark.
