Caring for Our Employees and Our Customers During COVID-19

As the situation caused by the cornonavirus (COVID-19) quickly evolves, we want to ensure you that all of us at Sullivan are doing everything we can to keep our employees and their families, our customers and the communities we serve, safe.  We want to thank everyone for their patience, flexibility and commitment as we modify our operations in response to this ever-evolving situation.

We are following the direction of the Public Health Agency of Canada and the World Health Organization as we continue to introduce new safety measures to help contain the spread of COVID-19.  We are taking various steps to manage and respond to the evolving situation.

We have enacted our corporate pandemic plan.  As part of that plan, we have a dedicated internal team working closely with our Senior Management team to monitor developments, respond to issues and are prepared to make any necessary changes in a responsible manner.

At this time, our office staff will be working primarily from their home offices and remain at close to 100% operational as possible to ensure the continuity of our projects.   Our construction sites, Rona Store, garage, divisional offices and Restoration teams will continue to operate as long as it is safe to do so.  We are asking all of our employees to diligently follow the prevention recommendations from health authorities such as proper hand washing and social distancing.  We are communicating regularly with our employees to ensure they have the necessary facts and tools to deal with this ongoing situation at the workplace and in their personal lives.  As always, Sullivan’s main priority is safety.

We at Sullivan know that it can be hard and heavy while experiencing the uncertainty of what’s next.  I want to thank you so very much for your courage to lead through it.
